General Description

The 750 Series Miniature Surface Mount Synthesizer is a low cost programmable RF source operating in the 800 to 1000 MHz range. Designed especially for high reliability and low power applications, the synthesizer is capable of operating from a single supply voltage as low as +3 volts. The synthesizer also offers low phase noise, harmonics, and spurious emissions.
