Micro Systems, Inc. uses a flexible cell assembly process. All assembly processes are documented within work instructions to ensure efficient and consistent production. All assemblers are provided internal certification training and continuing education and training to assist our efforts in providing the highest qualified staff to provide the highest level of quality in all our products.

Statistical Process Control:

Micro Systems, Inc. is a Total Quality Management organization that is committed to continuous improvement of all processes. We use statistical process control to measure our effectiveness and efficiency, to benchmark improvement efforts, and to help us achieve total customer satisfaction. We also use cross-functional process improvement teams to analyze problems and scientifically introduce long-term solutions as a result of our gathering of facts.

Our Machine Shop is staffed with talented and experienced personnel. Our state-of-the-art Computer Numerical Control (CNC) milling machines provides a capability to produce prototype generation through short runs and volume production. Additionally, the department is equipped with manual equipment to produce one-of-a-kind prototypes that elsewhere would be cost-prohibitive.

Production Hardware is subjected to environmental stress screening to reduce infant mortality. Our environmental and altitude chambers are equipped to test our products in the most extreme circumstances to ensure it will operate consistently and reliably in the field. 100% of our products endure this screening to meet or exceed the customer’s expectations.
